台南劍湖山王子大飯店，吼唷～這名字聽起來就粉有氣勢捏！👑 但我跟你說，這間飯店hotel的評價reviews真的是讓我看得有點霧煞煞，就像我昨天沒卸妝就睡覺一樣，臉都糊了啦！😵‍💫

Tainan Jian Hu Shan Prince Hotel, oh my~ this name sounds so powerful! 👑 But let me tell you, the reviews of this hotel really made me a bit confused, just like when I fell asleep without removing my makeup yesterday, my face was all blurred! 😵‍💫

首先捏，那個客服customer service聽說還不錯，警衛security guard北北也會主動幫你停車park，但重點來了！櫃檯front desk的服務service好像有點「落漆」，對第一次去的家庭客family guests沒有很主動介紹introduce設施facilities，吼～人家可是花錢來享受的捏，不是來考驗我的方向感好不好！🙄 而且，還有房客guests抱怨說，房間rooms還沒打掃cleaned好，害他們等到天荒地老，這像話嗎？五星級捏，不是路邊攤欸！

First of all, the customer service is said to be quite good, and the security guard will also actively help you park, but here comes the point! The service at the front desk seems to be a bit "off", they are not very proactive in introducing the facilities to family guests who are visiting for the first time. Oh, people are here to enjoy themselves, not to test my sense of direction! 🙄 Also, some guests complained that the rooms were not cleaned yet, which made them wait forever. Is this acceptable? It's a five-star hotel, not a roadside stall!

不過捏，他們的SPAspa服務service好像不錯，那個吳師傅的點穴手技acupressure massage technique很厲害，聽說跟外面不太一樣，可以試試看啦！但記得要先預約book喔，不然到時候撲空，我可不負責！😅 還有那個早餐breakfast，聽說很讚，擔仔麵dan dan noodles的阿姨很會煮，連小朋友都愛吃，這點我給過！👍

However, their spa service seems to be good. The acupressure massage technique of Master Wu is very impressive, and it is said to be different from the outside. You can try it! But remember to book first, otherwise you might miss out, and I am not responsible for that!😅 Also, the breakfast is said to be great. The auntie who makes dan dan noodles is very good at cooking, and even the kids love it. I give this a thumbs up! 👍

但吼，有些地方真的要扣分！像是房間room的清潔cleanliness好像不太ok，床底under the bed竟然有上一位房客guest的拖鞋slippers，上面還沾滿灰塵dust，這…真的讓人有點傻眼！還有那個冷氣air conditioner，有人說不冷，打電話phone去櫃檯front desk還被掛電話phone，這真的有點扯！😠 還有廁所bathroom的防滑墊anti-slip mat發霉，燈具lamps上面有灰塵dust，這樣真的母湯啦！

But oh, some things really need to be deducted! For example, the cleanliness of the room seems to be not so good. There were actually the previous guest's slippers under the bed, covered in dust. This... is really a bit speechless! Also, the air conditioner, some people said it was not cold, and they were hung up on the phone when they called the front desk, which is really ridiculous! 😠 And the anti-slip mat in the bathroom was moldy, and there was dust on the lamps, this is really unacceptable!

總之捏，這間飯店hotel的評價reviews真的是好壞參半，有好吃的自助餐buffet，也有雷雷的服務service，想去住的人自己斟酌一下吧！🤔 如果你跟我一樣是個懶人，只想躺在床bed上耍廢，那可能還是選別間比較好啦！😏
