這家台南小南人烤肉廚房，嘖嘖，真的是讓我又愛又恨欸！

This Tainan Xiaonanren BBQ Kitchen, tsk tsk, it really makes me love and hate it!

老闆烤功是真的沒話說，那個火候控制的，嘖嘖嘖，簡直是藝術！

The boss's grilling skills are really amazing, the control of the heat, tsk tsk tsk, it's simply art!

而且吧台位置超讚，可以直接看到老闆在那邊烤肉，整個過程就是一種視覺享受，懂？

And the bar seats are awesome, you can directly see the boss grilling there, the whole process is a visual enjoyment, you know?

先說說那個牛肉拼盤，齁～那個牛肉串，小番茄烤過後爆汁，整個在嘴裡噴發，超juicy的啦！

Let's talk about the beef platter first, oh~ that beef skewers, the cherry tomatoes burst with juice after grilling, the whole thing explodes in your mouth, super juicy!

還有那個紫洋蔥，甜到我心坎裡，牛肉塊也是多汁有嚼勁，整個拼盤我給過！

And that purple onion, it's sweet to my heart, the beef chunks are also juicy and chewy, I approve of the whole platter!

但那個帶骨牛排，調味是甜甜的，肉質偏硬，我個人真的不行，掰掰～👋

But that bone-in steak, the seasoning is sweet, the meat is a bit tough, I personally can't do it, bye bye~ 👋

再來是烤豬五花，我的天啊！這個必點好嗎！肥瘦比例完美，完全不油膩，配上蒜片，簡直絕配！

Next is the grilled pork belly, oh my god! This is a must-order, okay! The fat-to-lean ratio is perfect, not greasy at all, paired with garlic slices, it's a perfect match!

然後那個開心果羊小排，OMG，肉質嫩到我都要融化了，開心果烤過後香氣濃郁，帶點甜點的味道，不過羊味有一咪咪，但還是好好吃！

Then that pistachio lamb chops, OMG, the meat is so tender that I'm melting, the pistachios are fragrant after grilling, with a hint of dessert flavor, but there's a tiny bit of lamb flavor, but it's still so delicious!

孜然豬大腸外皮酥脆，內側柔軟彈性，這口感，我給100分！

The cumin pork intestine is crispy on the outside, soft and elastic on the inside, this texture, I give it 100 points!

還有那個杏鮑菇，軟嫩多汁到一個不可思議，老闆到底怎麼烤的啦？太神了吧！

And that king oyster mushroom, it's unbelievably soft and juicy, how did the boss grill it? It's amazing!

而且他們家份量都超足的，出餐前還會再用噴槍炙烤一下，香氣整個爆棚，料理台也乾淨衛生，這點我必須給讚👍！

And their portions are super generous, and they also use a torch to sear it before serving, the aroma is explosive, and the cooking area is clean and hygienic, I must give this a thumbs up 👍!

喔對，還有那個明太子香菇，香菇塗上滿滿的明太子，但又不會搶走香菇的味道，超讚的！

Oh yeah, and that mentaiko mushroom, the mushroom is coated with a lot of mentaiko, but it doesn't steal the flavor of the mushroom, it's great!

不過牛肉拼盤口味是偏重一點，但配啤酒超搭的，懂嗎？

However, the beef platter is a bit heavy in flavor, but it goes great with beer, you know?

雖然有些品項我覺得還好，像那個酥烤牛蒡天婦羅就普普，泰式酸甜風味雞腿也略熟，還有那個醬烤台灣魷魚也是熟過頭，但整體來說，還是很值得去嚐鮮的啦！

Although there are some items that I think are just okay, like that crispy burdock tempura is just so-so, the Thai sweet and sour chicken leg is also slightly overcooked, and that grilled Taiwan squid is also overcooked, but overall, it's still worth a try!

下次我一定要去試試看那個鴨胸、肋眼牛排，還有節瓜，聽說他們的烤麵包也是一絕，一定要配啤酒大口吃！

Next time I must try their duck breast, ribeye steak, and zucchini, I heard their grilled bread is also amazing, I must eat it with a big gulp of beer!

喔對了，他們的飲料選擇真的有點少，這點要扣分啦！哼！

Oh yeah, their drink choices are really limited, I have to deduct points for that! Hmph!
