台南的捧油們！今天要來聊聊這家「方湘鹽水雞」！不是我在說，這家真的有夠特別，跟外面的妖豔賤貨不一樣啦～😈

先說老闆，真的是有夠龜毛的，不是啦，是很有潔癖啦！每次處理完一個客人的餐點，都要用衛生紙擦器具，拿容器前還要酒精消毒一下手，真的是有夠搞剛的！但這樣也好啦，至少吃得安心嘛～😌

First off, the owner is so meticulous, no, I mean, very hygienic! Every time he finishes a customer's order, he wipes the utensils with tissue paper, and he even sanitizes his hands with alcohol before grabbing a container. So much work! But hey, at least you can eat without worries, right?😌

然後他們的食材，雖然沒有標價，但買起來真的不貴！而且洋蔥給的超大方，根本不怕你吃！🧅 國產洋蔥產季過了，換其他產地的，老闆還會提醒你，說口感風味可能會不一樣，是不是很貼心！🥰

And their ingredients, although not priced, are actually very affordable! And they are so generous with the onions, they are not afraid you'll eat too much! 🧅 When the local onion season is over and they switch to other origins, the owner will even remind you that the taste and flavor might be different. Isn't that sweet? 🥰

重點來了！他們的豆皮，絕對必點！一定要多點幾份！切得細細的，吸飽醬汁，真的超好吃！雖然很胖，但為了這美味，我願意！直接當麵吃，有夠爽的啦！👍

Now, the main point! Their tofu skin is a must-order! You gotta order a few portions! Cut into thin strips, soaked in the sauce, it's so delicious! Although it's fattening, I'm willing for this deliciousness! It's so satisfying to eat it like noodles! 👍

不過，老闆因為很注重衛生，所以動作比較慢，要有點耐心等候。而且他們家的鹽水雞口味偏甜，可以點微辣試試。還有啊，他們家的醃洋蔥很有特色，一定要吃吃看！

However, because the owner is very particular about hygiene, he's a bit slow, so you need to be patient. And their salt water chicken is on the sweeter side, you can try it with a little spice. Also, their pickled onions are very unique, you must try them!

喔對，老闆對浪浪很有愛心，會放食碗給浪浪吃，但浪浪走了就會收起來，整個環境還是很乾淨，這點真的要給他一個讚！👏

Oh yeah, the owner is very kind to stray animals, he puts out food bowls for them, but takes them away when they leave, the whole environment is still very clean. I gotta give him a thumbs up for that! 👏

總之，這家「方湘鹽水雞」真的是料好實在，老闆又親切，雖然要排隊，但真的值得一試！下次去台南，記得去吃吃看喔！😉
