齁唷，人家大老遠跑來台南，還不就是為了那個傳說中的阿堂鹹粥！😏 聽說他們家的粥是人間美味，一碗下肚，直接升天的那種！🤤🤤
It's like, I came all the way to Tainan just for the legendary Adang savory congee! 😏 They say their congee is a taste of heaven, one bowl and you're like, levitating! 🤤🤤
結果咧？一到現場，那個人潮真的是嚇死寶寶了，排隊排到天荒地老，差點沒把我熱到融化！🥵 不過還好有冷氣座位區啦，不然我真的會直接原地去世。But guess what? When I got there, the crowd was insane, like, I almost died from the heat waiting in line! 🥵 Thank god they had an air-conditioned seating area, or I would've just, you know, passed away on the spot.
然後那個點餐喔，真的是齁...🙄 服務人員那個態度，一副「你不點綜合的就不要吃」的嘴臉，真的是讓人很想給他巴蕊！不過看在粥真的好吃的份上，我就不跟他計較了啦。And the ordering process, ugh...🙄 The staff's attitude was like, "If you're not ordering the combo, then don't even bother." I mean, I wanted to slap him, but the congee was so good, I let it slide.
人家點的是那個什麼綜合的啦，裡面真的料多到爆炸！什麼魚肚、魚皮、蚵仔，通通都有，而且都超級新鮮的！那個湯頭也是鮮到不行，一口喝下去，感覺整個人都活過來了！🥰🥰I ordered the, like,combo one, and it was seriously packed with ingredients! Fish belly, fish skin, oysters, you name it, and everything was super fresh! The broth was so flavorful, one sip and I felt like I was reborn! 🥰🥰
不過齁，那個價格真的是有點小貴啦...一碗粥要價 2、300，都可以吃好幾碗滷肉飯了！但人家偶爾奢侈一下也是可以的嘛～畢竟那個味道真的是外面吃不到的！😋😋But, you know, the price was a bit steep... One bowl of congee cost like 200-300 NTD, that's like, several bowls of braised pork rice! But hey, a girl's gotta splurge sometimes, right? Especially when the taste is something you can't find anywhere else! 😋😋
喔喔喔還有那個蒜酥跟韭菜末，加在粥裡面真的是絕配！整個香氣都提升了一個檔次，讓人忍不住一口接一口，停不下來！Oh oh oh and the fried garlic and chopped chives, adding them to the congee is just *chef's kiss*! It elevates the whole aroma to another level, making you want to keep eating, non-stop!
總之啦，阿堂鹹粥雖然有點小缺點，但整體來說還是很值得一試的！👍👍 如果你來台南玩，記得來吃吃看喔！保證讓你回味無窮，欲罷不能！🤭🤭All in all, Adang Savory Congee has its flaws, but it's still worth a try! 👍👍 If you're ever in Tainan, make sure to check it out! I guarantee you'll be craving for more! 🤭🤭
