今天本宮要來聊聊這家台南的永樂燒肉飯，聽說是很local的老店，燒肉飯欸，這種古早味我最愛了啦！😋
Today, I'm gonna talk about this Yongle Braised Pork Rice in Tainan. I heard it's a very local old restaurant. Braised pork rice, I love this kind of old-fashioned flavor!
先說說他們家的燒肉，齁～那個肉片真的很大塊，吃起來軟嫩軟嫩的，還帶點甜味，雖然有些人覺得太甜，但本宮覺得還行啦，畢竟我這人就是愛吃甜的，怎樣？😏
Let's talk about their braised pork first. Oh~ the pork slices are really big. They're soft and tender, with a hint of sweetness. Although some people think it's too sweet, I think it's okay, because I just love sweet things, what can I say?
不過捏，那個味噌湯真的要加強一下啦，味道不夠鹹，感覺像在喝水，我這個重口味的人實在是無法接受，拜託老闆下次鹹一點好嗎？🥺
But, the miso soup really needs improvement. It's not salty enough, feels like drinking water. I, a heavy-flavor person, can't accept it. Please make it saltier next time, boss?
然後他們的配菜，就是筍乾跟薑片，還有那個沙拉，嗯...中規中矩啦，沒有特別驚艷，但也不會難吃，就是吃個粗飽這樣，懂？
Then, their side dishes, just bamboo shoots and ginger slices, and that salad, um... just average, nothing particularly amazing, but not bad either. Just for filling your stomach, you know?
對了，他們家的雞腿飯，我個人覺得普普，雞腿是還不錯啦，但飯跟肉汁沒有很融合，有點可惜，下次還是乖乖點燒肉飯就好，哈哈！
Oh yeah, their chicken leg rice, I personally think it's so-so. The chicken leg is not bad, but the rice and gravy didn't blend well, it's a bit of a pity. Next time I'll just stick to the braised pork rice, haha!
欸～不過說真的，這家店生意真的很好欸，不管什麼時候去都一堆人，看來還是蠻受歡迎的，可能就我比較挑嘴吧，哈哈！🤪
Hey~ but honestly, this restaurant is really popular. There are tons of people no matter when you go. It seems like it's still quite popular. Maybe I'm just a bit picky, haha!
總之，如果你是燒肉飯的愛好者，又剛好在台南，是可以去試試看啦，畢竟每個人口味不同嘛，搞不好你會愛上他們家的味道也說不定，對不對？
