說真的，我對這種排隊美食一向都抱持著懷疑的態度，想說是有多好吃，可以讓大家甘願凌晨就去排隊，是有沒有這麼誇張啦～🙄
To be honest, I've always been skeptical about this kind of food that requires queuing, wondering how delicious it could be to make people willing to queue up in the early morning. Is it really that exaggerated? 🙄
結果咧？我竟然也淪陷了，哈哈哈～（自己打臉）
And the result? I actually fell for it too, hahaha~ (slapping myself in the face)
先說結論，這間的牛肉湯，嗯...是有那麼一點點厲害啦！但真的要看你能不能接受那種排隊的痛苦。
Let me start with the conclusion, this place's beef soup, um... it's a bit impressive! But it really depends on whether you can tolerate the pain of queuing.
他們家的湯頭，怎麼說咧，不是那種清甜的路線，是比較偏濃郁的那種，然後帶一點點的甜味，但又不是那種很天然的甜，我個人是覺得有點微妙啦。
Their soup base, how should I put it, it's not the clear and sweet type, it's more on the rich side, and has a little bit of sweetness, but not the natural kind of sweetness, I personally think it's a bit subtle.
牛肉的部分，給的真的蠻大方的，而且切得蠻厚的，咬起來很有嚼勁，不是那種軟爛爛的，我喜歡！🥰
The beef portion is really generous, and it's cut quite thick, it's very chewy, not the mushy kind, I like it! 🥰
牛腩的話，就比較軟嫩一點，入口即化，也是不錯啦。
The beef brisket is more tender, melts in your mouth, also not bad.
但重點是，他們家的排隊規則真的有夠機車的！凌晨兩點半就開始發號碼牌，五點才開始賣，是要逼死誰啊？
But the point is, their queuing rule is really annoying! They start giving out number tickets at 2:30 in the morning, and only start selling at 5 o'clock, are they trying to kill someone?
我上次去是大概三點半到，拿到十幾號，然後就先回家補眠，五點再回來，這種感覺真的好像在玩大地遊戲一樣，是有沒有這麼累啦！

而且啊，他們家的動作真的有夠慢的，我等了半小時才吃到，都快餓死了，不知道是不是故意的，想讓大家覺得這碗湯得來不易，更要好好珍惜？（翻白眼）

不過，我必須說，那碗牛肉湯，在早上五點多，太陽還沒出來的時候，喝下去真的有夠暖的，整個人都醒了，就像在沙漠中找到綠洲一樣，瞬間充滿了力量！💪
However, I must say, that bowl of beef soup, at 5 o'clock in the morning, when the sun hasn't come out, drinking it is really warm, and I woke up instantly, like finding an oasis in the desert, and was filled with energy! 💪
而且啊，他們家的白飯也好好吃喔！粒粒分明，配著牛肉湯，真的絕配！🍚
