甲崩喔~ 欸欸欸，姐妹們，今天姐要來聊聊台南國華街這家福昇小食，吼～排隊人潮真的不是蓋的，每次經過都看到排隊排到天邊去，搞得我這個懶人每次都直接放棄，但這次我可是有備而來，做足功課，就是要來嚐嚐他們家的乾炒鱔魚跟魯花枝意麵！
Hey hey hey, sisters, today I'm gonna talk about this Fu Sheng Snack in Tainan's Guohua Street. Oh my~ the queue is no joke, every time I pass by, I see people lined up like crazy. It makes me, a lazy person, just give up every time. But this time, I came prepared, did my homework, and I'm here to try their dry-fried eel and braised cuttlefish yi mein!
排隊的時候，我前面大概有10個人，但幾乎都是兩個人一組，所以等了20分鐘才輪到我跟我的閨蜜，不過排隊的時候也不會無聊啦，可以看老闆娘在那邊翻炒，那個架勢，感覺她不是在炒菜，是在跳舞，超有律動感的，也感受到她的辛苦和生意有多好！
While waiting in line, there were about 10 people in front of me, but almost all of them were in pairs, so I waited for 20 minutes before it was my turn with my bestie. But waiting in line wasn't boring at all, you can watch the boss lady stir-frying, the way she moves, it feels like she's not cooking, but dancing, super rhythmic, and you can feel how hard she works and how good her business is!
他們的鱔魚跟花枝真的很新鮮，吃起來脆脆的，味道也夠，不過用餐環境真的不太優，而且如果剛好坐在灶台前面，會一直有油煙飄過來，有點不舒服，但為了美食，姐可以忍！😏
Their eel and cuttlefish are really fresh, they taste crispy, and the flavor is strong enough. However, the dining environment is not that great, and if you happen to sit in front of the stove, there will be a lot of cooking fumes coming your way, which is a bit uncomfortable, but for good food, I can endure it! 😏
說真的，來國華街沒來排這家，真的會覺得白來一趟，就像去台南沒喝到牛肉湯一樣，你會覺得人生不完整啦！他們家的乾炒花枝意麵，鍋氣很夠，酸甜辣的層次也很豐富，花枝Q彈新鮮，假日真的很多人，阿姨們都很親切，只是用餐環境真的可以再加強一下啦～
Honestly, if you come to Guohua Street and don't queue up for this place, you'll feel like you've wasted your trip, just like going to Tainan without having beef soup, you'll feel like your life is incomplete! Their dry-fried cuttlefish yi mein has a great wok hei, the sour, sweet, and spicy flavors are rich, and the cuttlefish is chewy and fresh. There are really a lot of people on weekends, the aunties are very friendly, but the dining environment really needs to be improved~
蛤蜊湯的蛤蜊超大顆，魚肚湯的魚肚也超多，比起其他家，這裡的動線好很多，而且還有專人帶位，不用自己搶位置，這點真的要給他們一個讚！👍 還有炒鱔魚的阿嬤，那個律動感，真的超可愛的啦！🥰
The clams in the clam soup are super big, and there's a lot of fish belly in the fish belly soup. Compared to other places, the flow here is much better, and there are even people to seat you, so you don't have to fight for a seat yourself, which is really a thumbs up! 👍 And the grandma who stir-fries the eel, her rhythm is so cute! 🥰
他們家的口味比較重，乾炒的很香，但偏甜，如果你是螞蟻人，應該會很愛，如果你不喜歡太甜，可能要考慮一下，但整體來說，我覺得還不錯吃啦！而且他們家的蛤蜊湯真的超好喝的！😋
Their flavors are a bit strong, the dry-fried dishes are very fragrant, but on the sweeter side. If you're a sweet tooth, you'll probably love it. If you don't like things too sweet, you might want to consider it. But overall, I think it's pretty good! And their clam soup is really delicious! 😋
